is part of the hww – Group and specialised in processing insolvency proceedings. With 45 professionals we currently operate in insolvency administration at 24 locations in Germany.
In order to expand our locations Halle, Erfurt, Würzburg, Karlsruhe and Frankfurt/Main we are seeking committed insolvency processing clerks.
Your field of tasks in Erfurt is the insolvency-specific processing in insolvency application proceedings, in particular the settlement of the correspondence with the parties involved in the proceedings and the preparation of insolvency expert’s opinions.
In Würzburg, Karlsruhe and Frankfurt/Main as insolvency processing clerk you will work both in the insolvency application as well as opened proceedings. In addition to the tasks described above you will support the insolvency administrator with the processing of the insolvency proceedings.
In Halle your tasks include residual debt release proceedings as well as conducting the correspondence with all parties involved in the proceedings and preparing the reports towards the Bankruptcy Court.
In addition, we are seeking employees in Halle for the final calculation department who will conclude insolvency proceedings with regard to the calculations and prepare the reports towards the Bankruptcy Court. The tasks include besides the communication with all parties involved in the proceedings also the examination of the previous processing in the proceedings.
Specialist pre-requisites:
For these activities you require a successfully completed apprenticeship as a specialist lawyer’s employee or as office management assistant, a professional handling of modern communication means and understanding for economic connections.
Personal pre-requisites:
We expect own initiative and an independent and responsible method of working as well as a friendly and dexterous appearance.
