Within the framework of your chosen or lawyer’s station interesting and varied insights into the tasks of an insolvency administrator.

Your tasks:

You will support our team with the processing of insolvency proceedings. Among others you will assist in preparing insolvency expert’s opinions and insolvency plans, accompany our insolvency administrator to talks with debtors as well as reporting and examination hearings and will be involved in the organisation of continuations of companies.

Your profile:

You have successfully completed the first state examinations of law with at least satisfactory results and are now looking for a possibility to gain practical knowledge within the framework of your internship as a lawyer. Previous knowledge in the field of insolvency law are of an advantage, however not a condition. You will have good MS Office knowledge as well as marked communication skills. In addition you are distinguished by more than average willingness to work as well as pleasure at working in a team.

who as far as possible have completed second studies in business administration or a previous apprenticeship in a bank. We presume entrepreneurial thinking, ability to grasp economic connections quickly as well as the ability to independently process complex subjects. In addition, a high willingness to work and flexibility are a basic pre-requisite. A very good understanding of figures should principally be available.
