Receivership – the second major field

In addition to insolvency administration receivership is already traditionally the second major field of hww wienberg wilhelm insolvency administrators. We also accordingly have a wealth of experience in the processing of receivership proceedings of all sizes.

The receivers of the law firm were appointed to act in more than 3,000 proceedings since 1996. The staff of hww wienberg wilhelm insolvency administrators which in addition to the receives consists of 30 employees enables us to also conduct greater receivership proceedings properly and cost-effective.

The receivership proceedings processed by hww wienberg wilhelm insolvency administrators relate among others to agricultural areas, one-family houses, condominium units, regular commercial objects up to hotel complexes with secondary trades, complete housing complexes according to the WEG [Law governing condominiums] and town districts with more than 1,400 units. Proceedings in asset estates, caught under insolvency, against the respective insolvency administrator, building completions and own possession proceedings according to § 147 ZVG have also increased in the past few years.

Against this background the receivers of hww wienberg wilhelm insolvency administrators are currently appointed by a total of approx. 35 courts.
