Certifications

Highest quality standards are a matter of course for the hww group. In addition, we prove our quality with additional certificates.

DIN ISO 9001:2008

The quality management of hww Insolvenzverwalter Partnerschaft is certified according to ISO 9001:2008 and thus proves the high quality of its services. ISO 9001 is one of the most widespread and most important national and international standards in quality management.

InsO Excellence

DQS GmbH, Deutsche Gesellschaft zur Zertifizierung von Managementsystemen, has certified Ottmar Hermann and Rüdiger Wienberg that they apply a quality management system in their law firm - the hww Insolvency Administrator Partnership - which meets the requirements of InsO Excellence of the Gravenbrucher Kreis.

This makes hww one of the few insolvency administrator firms in Germany to be certified according to InsO Excellence. This certificate of the Gravenbrucher Kreis represents a further development and increase of the well-known ISO 9001 certificate. It comprises more than 200 audit criteria on topics such as law firm organisation, personnel management, insolvency procedure management and business continuation. Due to these requirements, InsO Excellence is considered one of the most difficult awards to obtain in insolvency administration and confirms the highest quality in the handling of corporate insolvencies and reorganizations.

GOI (principles of proper insolvency administration)

In addition, 11 insolvency administrators of hww are certified to comply with the principles of proper insolvency administration (GOI). The certification proves compliance with the strict standards of the Professional Association of German Insolvency Administrators (VID) for an independent, transparent and qualitatively demanding insolvency administration.

Specialist Solicitors

All of hww's lawyers are proven experts in their field of law, 13 of whom hold specialist attorney titles, e.g. specialist attorneys for tax law or insolvency law. The specialist attorney title is awarded if many years of experience with a large number of cases handled in the respective specialist area and if corresponding theoretical knowledge can be proven. This requires additional training lasting several months. In addition, there is an extensive annual training obligation.
