The district court of Charlottenburg received an insolvency application from Top Bonus Ltd. on August 25, 2017 to open the insolvency proceedings on their assets. The Charlottenburg District Court thereupon ordered the provisional insolvency administration for the company (debtor) on August 25, 2017 and appointed lawyer Christian Otto as the preliminary insolvency administrator.
